I have always believed that great real estate advice begins with understanding people, not just property.
For more than 30 years, I have had the privilege of helping individuals, families, investors, and developers navigate the evolving real estate landscape of the Turks and Caicos Islands. As a Licensed Partner and Advisor with Engel & Völkers Turks & Caicos Islands, my role extends far beyond facilitating transactions. I help clients see opportunities, understand long-term value, and make informed decisions with confidence.
Over the course of my career, I have been involved in the sales, planning, and development of some of the country's most recognized projects, including Alexandra Resort, Pelican Beach Villas, and The St. Charles. Those experiences have given me a practical understanding of the entire real estate journey, from raw land and planning approvals to construction, investment strategy, and successful sales.
My expertise is strengthened by an in-depth knowledge of the Turks and Caicos planning framework, building regulations, and development process, allowing me to advise clients from a broader perspective than traditional brokerage alone.
My commitment to these islands has also extended into public service. I have served on the Turks and Caicos Tourist Board, the Physical Planning Board, and as Vice Chairman of the Turks and Caicos Real Estate Association. These roles have given me valuable insight into the forces shaping our communities and the future of the market.
Born and raised in the Turks and Caicos Islands, I offer something that cannot be learned from market reports alone—a lifetime of local knowledge, relationships, and firsthand understanding of how these islands have grown and where they are headed.
